sundays are for eating yummy food and preparing stuff to eat for the next couple of days.
i made some juice with carrots, beetroots, celery and ginger -
heaven.
and then some banana bread. i eat this almost everyday for breakfast at work. takes no more than 20 minutes to make and makes my belly happy and full.

1 dl mandelmjöl
1 msk kokosmjöl
1 tsk fiberhusk
1 tsk bakpulver
- blanda ihop och klicka ut på bakplåtspapper, in i ugnen i cirka 15 minuter, KLART -
